KH is fine, CA is fine, Ammonia, Trites and Trates show cycling.

Salinity is 1.023
PH is 7.5 ????

Whats the PH all about??

you will see a change in ph it probably raised and thats ok

but it was at 8.3.

All my readings were cool and good. Obviously the toxins werent, but thatll sort itself out.

Will it raise back to the level I had it or do I have to manually do this..

I had the same thing happened. It took about 2 weeks to level itself back out.

Most of your parameters will fluctuate like that when you add live rock. As mentioned, they will sort themselves out in a couple of weeks.
