Transfer Fish

I need to transfer 4 fish from my 55g tank to my new 90 gallon setup. What would everyone recommend as the best procedure. I manage both tanks, some of the water from the 55 has been used in the 90 setup and the live rock in the new tank came from the old tank. I have read that netting fish is more stressful than other methods, but I don't know the other methods. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

I prefer to use collection cups. Can be easier with a lower water level.

Collection cups work well. Another method that some people like to use is the sunken bag trap.
