feeding!

How often should I feed my fish? I have one clown fish, one blue tang, one royal gramma, and two demsel... reason why I ask is because I have read that you should feed 1 to 3 times a day and also one website recommended feeding every other day or once a day as my LFS recommended.

I feed once every other day but on the off days I leave nori for my tang to graze on. My tank stays pretty happy and it's always nice to see the fish frenzy for the food as opposed to watching it blow by when they're fed to often. Try to remember though to feed them no more than they can eat in a few minutes or less.
