okay i am trying to breed my bettas and the temp is 80 degrees F with a heater sponge filter 1 hiding place for the female and a floating leaf with bubbles under it and two bettas with a bit of broken fins do I assume everything is going right or not I really need help can anyone write a draft in my situation thanks

how big is the tank?>
What are the parameters?
What are you feeding?

How are you going about trying to breed them? What type of setup do you have (how big the tank, how you're conditioning them, etc)?

Some males can be really aggressive, if you really want to breed him there might be some ways to help depending on what you are already doing...
Otherwise, get a new male if you really want to breed bettas.
