I recently purchased this plant that was called a Crypt Sprial. Obviously, that is incorrect as there is no spiraling going on here altho the plant has tripled in size in 6 weeks and going nuts. I pulled it out to show you the roots to help in identifying.
I don't even know if it's a crypt. Never saw such fast growth from them before. I would like a tank full of them.........whatever they are.
woo thats a lot of growth in such a short time, I have no clue on IDing the plant, but I like the bosemini rainbow in the back :)

Looks more like a member of the sword family to me...when I first saw the pic due to the leaf shape. But it could be a spiralis x something to give it those straight leaves as the core shape of the leaves are similar to the spiralis just without any sort of spiraling.

yep, that's spiralis, retro spiralis has a ruffled edge to the leaf, no spirals
