:help:

I have a smiliar soft coral to this (http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/prod_display.cfm?c=597+2856+872&pcatid=872) and for some reason algae is taking over that coral. The coral is closed up in protection mode but I need to intervene. I don't know why at this time. What can I do to fix that because I don't want it to die. Can I pick it off with my fingers?

Thanks

What kind of algae? Most all algae can be removed by hand or with a turkey baster. I would go ahead and remove it though.

Ok, thanks. I picked off the algae. See how the coral looks tomorrow.
