Any word on the new Marineland Canister filter?Multi-Stage Canister Filter C-160

We carry them at the LFS I work at. What questions did you have? I haven't worked with one on a tank, but I got the whole breakdown of one by the rep.

Are then as good as rena xp3 or fluval?or are they just a new magnum?

Go with Fluval. The Marineland is at least as good as the Rena, but the Fluval is definitely above them both.

I can't tell when my Fluvals are on by listening, even with my head in the cabinet with my ear 3" from the canister. I sleep with 2 Fluvals within feet of my head. I have not heard a Marineland C-Series on.
