When could fry be released? (guppies)

Our guppy seems pregnant and we are curious as to how long we'll have to care for the fry while they are in a temporary tank.

Well you will always have to care for them. But if you mean when they can be put into a bigger tank with other fish it is pretty well as soon as they have grown too large to be eaten by the other fish. If you are talking about putting them into the 10g in your sig, I probably would not.

The rule I follow with my fry... until they are twice as big as the largest mouth in the tank.
