Theoretically? If someone else bought some tickets, you would have to get infinite tickets to ensure a win. Or you can just cheat like Hobbs ;)

I've never played the lottery in my life. I've never played bingo either. Or bet on anything, ever. I think I bought a raffle ticket once when I was in little league.

Someone once gave me a lottery ticket as a gift, and I didn't even know how to find out what the winning numbers were. I had to call my friend who lives in another state so he could find the winning numbers and get back to me.
