what would be causing my snails to always end up on their backs and can not get back over i bet i turn 6 or more over a day?

Snails lose their grip all the time. They will always be falling from your LR and glass. Sometimes a fish gives them a little nip and they tumble. Most snails will get stuck on their backs and will die if you do not flip them over.
There is nothing weird going on with your snails, just part of keeping a SW tank.

I've gotta rescue our snails every once in a while and have lost a few mexican turbos because they flipped over and I didn't see it in time. Usually when they flip over its near the glass and I just put my manga float nearby and they climb on that. That way my hands stay dry
