Pregnant Black sword tail Molly

I am sorry for duplicate post....I just start today.


I have two pregnant black sword tail Molly. It is look like delivering fry now. But I am waiting for last three days. They are not moving and not taking food. they stay just behind the trees. I can't understand actually what happen. Anyone can help me. I have experience to breed sail fin white molly and have healthy 36 fry.

Are the fry seperated from all other fish? What type of food are you feeding them? My Swordtail babies took a couple days before they really started swimming all around.

I also crushed up one pea....I did notice a couple of them swimming in that area. Maybe they're only eating after you leave the room?

I give them crushed flake food from their birthday. They are always hungry and searching for food. They are very good to eat algae for that I put some grass into their area. I also divided the aquarium with some micro net (use in Screen print). Today they are 3 weeks old. you can see how they actually living.
