I think that's just another name for the Harlequin Rasbora. Unless you saw a picture of it? If so, post the one you found with that name, please.

It's about 3/4 of the way down the page, and it does look like a Harlequin. I don't know why the more popular name isn't listed on there, but what do I know?....fish that I think are of the same breed end up being of completely different families. I can imagine myself going into the aquarium shop and asking for a Pork Chop Rasbora. The looks I would get!
