Good morning, I just wondering about a couple of things such as; how many of you would suggest putting a bubbler in a 38gl. tank and what would be the benefit, and also has anybody ever had bumble bee catfish in a community tank.

yes you can benefit from it
it helps add oxygen to the water

Well it helps distrupt the surface which allows more oxygen to be exchanged at the surface, but yes it adds oxygen.

I have a bubbler in my 40-gal. Not only does it help the fish by adding oxygen to the water, but it helps the plants, as well. 'Cause there's CO2 in the air that's going in there, and they will flourish with more of it!

:D

And they look cool, and some of the fish love playing in the bubbles. Trufax.

I have been told that catfish are good for cleaning the bottoms of tanks, but they get big and will evetually eat smaller fish, is that true about bumble bee catfish.
