Sick Guppy? Are they Tumors?

I just got some guppies two days ago and after bringing them home noticed one of them has weird spots in her body. They are oval looking white spots that are spread though her body. Are they tumors? Is it treatable? Contagious? They are 5 of them in a 20 gallon tank, it's been two days and ammonia is still at zero.

Doesnt look like ich. Im leaning more towards a fungal infection. You would dose melafix to treat that.
