No it is not MTS that is showing its ugly head, it is MPS, multi parrot syndrome. I always loved parrots but it never seemed right (for me) to have any until now when they can be outside most of the time.

Say hello to the two White fronted Amazones ( Amazona albifrons ) I picked up today.

Those look very nice William.:ssmile:

What does your other parrot think of them ?

Yes they are only babies. One is two months and the other seems younger.

The other parrot don't know what he thinks about them yet. When he met them he was angry at everything because I hadn't brought him with me into town and left him alone all day. The other parrot is a tuvi parrakeet and I will pick up a friend of the same species tomorrow if things go according to plan.

The birds will get an 60-100 square ft aviary to live (well sleep in) within two weeks.

Almost more ;-)

At this age it looks like a pair. (this species can be sexed)

Are you interested in breeding, then?

William

Always. No matter what species I keep i want them to have the option to breed. A part of natural behaviour.

And before someone ask. The two parrots are not related, from different sources and of slightly different age.

Ummmm...I wonder how much it would cost to ship a baby from where you are to where I am?:hmm3grin2orange:
