You have requested pictures from where i live. I will update this thread with more pics when I get the chance. The first pics are teh view I seee when I go outside and the beach I have to walk 75m to reach. Don't hate me, you asked for it ;-)

This last one is of the tidal zoon one km 3/4 mile away. After that there is mangrove forrest and nature preserve for 20km /15 miles + (i know I haven't converted very carefully) In the preserve there are loaads of wildlife including sea turtles, large 6 m/ 20 ft crocs, monekys, parrots, loads of fish and reptiles etc etc. Might have some pics for you tomorrow as I am heading into it at 5 am tomorrow morning in my kayak.

Don't joke like that. Me and my GF both reacted over how crowded it was today when we walked on the beach. 4 persons on 3 miles of beach. Never seen that much people.

The beach is lovely and your little walk to it very quiet and serene. We know how close the beach is but now how far is it to shopping and the business district?

It is 3-4 hours from managua.
The beach is lovely and your little walk to it very quiet and serene. We know how close the beach is but now how far is it to shopping and the business district?
It is 20 km to Leon centre. Nicaa second city. They are building a new big road out here so right now it is 40 minutes through the constructions but once the road is done in september that will be cut down to a fraction.

I have 2 guest room on the first floor and the entire second floor available so you just need to book the ticket. Or do you have anything better to do?:hmm3grin2orange:
