35 gallon tang. tank?

I have a 35 gallon tank that I'd like to setup as a Tang. tank, is this tank big enough for some of the smaller tang species?

some of the small shell dwellers will do okay in that size tank. I am also having a brain lapse and can't come up with a scientific name at the moment.

most shellies could go good in the tank.. multis are what I have...

Well thats what I was planning on doing, I was gunna get some calvus and things like that.... I might just end up getting rid of my mbunas in my 55.. not sure yet.
