Yup more water changes.Try a 25% daily for a few days!
How long has the tank been cycled?
It may just be a bacterial bloom.
What is your water change schedule?

Are you doing gravel cleans?

I agree with Northernguy.

One molly is not a happy molly, they get very agressive when kept alone.

Sounds like you may be having cycling problems. Im now gonna ask you more questions than you asked of us! Sorry!(blush) :hmm3grin2orange:

How long has the tank been up with fish in it?

Do anything to cycle the tank?

Got test kits? If so, params?

Sounds to me like a bacterial bloom, it could be that you didnt cycle this tank when you got it, or it could be from something like say washing the filter media in tap water.

I strongly recommend reading the cycling stickies in the tank setup section if you havent already.

If you can give us your parameters we can determine if the cloudiness is cause by a mini cycle/bacterial bloom

To add to the above, none of those fish belong in a 10 gallon, as the tank is far too small for those species. Also, they do best in different water conditions; the mollie, rather alkaline and moderately hard, the eel and goramie; as 'swamp' fishes, live best in soft and acidic conditions.

What are your feeding schedules? How much and what do you feed your fish?

k. lemme see if i can answer all these

tank has been active with the three for about 3 weeks now.
i have a 30gal also that ive been keeping completely perfect,, although i have never cheked any of these "params" ive only had 2 fish die and any and all infections ahve been treated and gone away, so ive just been doing this oldschool i guess? the waters cleared up now too.

As for the mollie thing.. i had my two mollys living in my 30 but he was on her all the time and that seemed to piss her off to no extent.. so.. out he comes. and now he's chill.

the eel.. maybe thinking of putting him in my 30,, dunno how he'll respond to the sudden change of environment and such but it would probably be better for him.. if you want check my stock list and tell me who should go where..

I would get the male another female so his attention will be divided, allowing both females to get a break and it will keep him busy.

That will also mean twice the fry, but the gouramis should help keep the population in check, especially if you cut back on feeding before the fry arrive. The eel will take care of them too.

Gah!

Your other tank is fairly overstocked too!

Or at least there are fish in it that there should be more of.

Oh, I understand not much you can do then.

I'm not sure if that 30 gal is or isn't overstocked though.
