Substrate heater enough?

Again...reading conflicting info.

If I have a substrate heater in the tank, do I also need a regular heater? Or will the substrate heater be enough...

...and I've never seen a substrate heater for sale, so I can't read the specs...but do they also have a thermostat???

yes, you need a water heater bc the substrate heater isnt enough. DO IT!! i have one and the plants love it
