Need info

I already have a freshwater pond. There's one catfish that my grandsons put in it a few years ago. I would like to put some koi or goldfish in it, but don't know if I can. I don't know what kind of catfish it is. It came out of the river. Thank you and God bless, Linda

Catfish won't bother with any koi or goldfish. Your only problem is diseases from the wild, but if he's been in the pond a few years and is still healthy then you'll be fine.

I just went out in the rain to try and get an idea on the size. I think it's about 18' x 26', but my catfish was lying on the edge of the pond. I believe he is gone. I also have water snakes that get in the pond.

thats a huge pond... you should be able to put nearly anything you want into a pond that size.
