Found Blue Turquoise Discus in MA

If anyone is interested I saw some adult Blue Turquoise Discus at Krystal Aquatics in Auburn MA when I was there yesterday. The fish looked REALLY nice. If I had more $$ and place to put them I would have gotten a handful.

I mention it because Discus seem to be hard to find in LFSs in MA.

Just out of curiosity, how many $$$'s are they asking for em, and what size approx are they?

They were asking just under $50, although there were discounts if you bought 3 or 6 fish. As for size they looked like young adults, about 4 inches tall I think. I didn't have my camera to take photos.

so about $100 AU ...wow thats steep for the size. They would want to be exemptional quality/colour etc

Lucky...Discus in Memphis once every 6 months maybe, and around $60+

However after the first time i saw one...i want to set-up a tank just for them lol. Even though I dont think id ever be able to afford to stock it.

Try to find a breeder sometimes you can get them for alot cheaper then the fish stores.
