Will catfish or corys eat my plants? Any suggestions on breeds that would work well in a planted tank?

I don't know about catfish, but I don't believe cories will touch plants. For a planted aquarium, I highly recommend a siamese algae eater or two to take care of algae. For the other species, what kind of water do you have? Soft, acid, alkaline, hard?

How big does the siamese algae eater get?? As far as the water goes...My tank isn't set up yet so I'm not sure.

test your tap water to see what the dgh and ph is. I thin the most damage corys will do to plants is uproot them. I wouls stay away from plecos in a planted tank since they eat ALOT and are herbivourous.

Something like 3-4 inches in aquariums. Not too big.
