Ok, 55 gallon long tank. What I want to do is this:

2 angels, 2 parrot fish, 1 betta and 6 cory cats.

Will this work? They would all be babies or close to the age and small, and in September once I move into my new house I will be getting a 75 gallon. But for now, If I get them all at once as babies you think they will be ok?

I would be worried about the angels and BP's fighting...

Yeah I'd watch that pretty carefully if you do decide to do this.

I saw in a thread in the angelfish section they can work together and many people have them successfully, I'm just wondering about the bio-load and what not. I have a whisper 60 but if needed I can put on my whisper 30 also to help circulate and clean better.

Well it can be done, but remember, angelfish and BPs are still both cichlids, and since a blood parrot thinks like a cichlid but can't fight like one, he will just wear down the angelfish quite a bit. But if you want to try it, then go for it. I would add the whisper 30 just to be safe, because you never know when one or the other is going to fail and a backup will be needed.

What about the beta? I like how they are so cool looking.

Depending on the size of the angels when they get put into the tank there is a pretty good chance that the angels are going to tear the betta apart. Angels are semi-carnivorous and will eat just about anything they can get into their mouths. I've seen adult angels pull apart a beta that was put into their tank (the owner didn't know it was going to be a problem).

I would watch the tank like a hawk and make sure you have a strategy if things start to go bad.
