Cory Cat with pop eye or cloud eye

One of my peppered cory cats has what I believe to either be pop eye or cloud eye. He's been like this ever since I got him on Friday, I didn't notice it at the store but when I got home and he wasn't moving around like the other cory I bought so I took a closer look. His eyes arent complete buldging out but compared to the other cory they protrude a bit more, they definitely have a cloudy appearance and when I woke this morning @ 4 one of his eyes has lost it's cloudyness and turned red!!! His pupil is still in it's socket so it didn't come out or anything. I've been treating the tank with melafix since Saturday evening no real changes in his behavior and his only physical change is the red eye.

So my question, could I dip him in epsom salts like I've read in other posts. Or will that burn him?

corys are scaless i think and need more attention. They CANNOT have ANY salt around them. I think you can cut the meds in half, wait til someone else posts
