for some reason, that video is taking very long to load. It'll show a few seconds, then pause, then a few more seconds, then pause......

Cool video..I have a few guppy's that had fry and the lil suckers always have them at night or when I am out at work...I have never seen the birth until now. Thanks for sharing that. BTW Mine have only had 3, or 5 babies each as well. I wonder why?

Birthing usually takes a couple of hours, so it's possible that you caught the end or beginning of it and the rest were eaten. Also, younger/smaller guppies do not give birth to as many fry.
