My setup: 75g hex, ~20g sump, 125g skimmer, 100lbs of LR and a few soft corals (polyp, leathers, and another one similar which I can't think of the name). Is it to soon to add fish since I just added the coral the other day?
I was thinking of getting
2 clowns - Ocellaris or Percula Clowns
firefish
sixline wrasse
clown goby
roayal gamma
bicolor blenny
What about a flame angel or coral beauty?
Can I add more fish or is that my stocking limit? I like having lots of fish that are small vs few big fish. Any other suggestions for fish? Opinions welcome...
Thanks!!!

Anyone? :help:
Well I'm no expert by any means but since no one has answered you yet I'll give my .02 Id say get the 2 clowns, a flame angel (I love the color), the sixline, and choose either the firefise or royal for now. I wouldnt get the clown goby as in a tank that size you would never see it. I dont know about the bicolor so I dont know.

You have a pretty good stock list there! A dwarf angel can be a perfect addition to a 75g tank but they can nip at corals. You may want to pass on an angel if you want a lot of corals in your tank. With that said, not all dwarf angels will nip corals... kind of a 50/50 chance to get a good one. Personaly, I think it is worth the risk, but that is just me.
If you are looking for some smaller fish, blue-green chromis are a great choice. They are a schooling fish so a group of 4-5 would look great. Also, cardinals are a good choice. They are peaceful and stay under 3-4 inches. Check out a PJ cardinal or a Bangaii. A very peaceful damsel is a Talbot's Damsel. Nice color and it won't bother any other fish like most damsels.
I agree that a clown goby is too small for your tank. I had one in my 70g reef and saw it about once a month... if that. Cool fish but best for a nano tank.

A school of firefish would be awesome.

the only problem in such a small tank is that the firefish will start to kill each other off

Fish are to pricey to be killing each other lol. How many of each fish do you think would be good? Or add them in increments over the next few months?
Seems like I have a good selection from what everyone is saying :19:

After a little clean up of a self promoting erroneous poster and related posts, I'm pleased to say this thread is back on topic :shappy:
Nice job, Greg. Sorry I missed out on the action!
Now back to our regularly scheduled posting...

Not true from what I've read. They either have to be alone, or schooling.

Trust me.
I have seen tanks filled with 10+. After time they knock each other off until there is a pair or just one left.
I have seen this happen with all species of firefish except in very large tanks
Helfrichi's
Purples
Orange
All are very territorial. However, Helfrichi's seem somewhat less so....

In large tanks they are fine, but we are talking about a small tank here. unleashed is right on about this. More than one in a small tank will be a disaster.
