Triggers Growth Rate

Does anyone know how fast Triggers grow. i have read so many different things i am not sure can anyone with experience tell me?

The more space, the better foods and proper maintenance, the faster a trigger fish will grow. Some of the larger species can grow up to 10 inches per year, properly kept.

as far as tank sizes i understand bigger is better for example the picasso trigger can grow above the suggested size of 10 inhes but how fast do they grow if i put him in a 90 gallon will it outgrow the tank and fast will it take.
