Osacar behavior

Hi I'm Fin Fancy,

I was wondering if it is normal for Oscars to sit at the bottom of the tank. if not, could it be that my Oscar is cold or sick, could someone give me some idea?

Welcome to AC. What are your water parameters? how long has he been in the tank? what are his tankmates?

welcome. Ive only had a oscar a few years back, but oscars are only lethargic after some water changes apparently.

What is your temperature, tank size, ammonia, nitrite, and nitrate?

Are there any visible diseases like cotton, ragged fins, heavy breathing, or dimples on the head? answer these questions and we can easily help you diagnose the problem
