bala sharks, where do I buy baby earthworms, or how to raise

Hi, I have a 125 gal tank with 2 bala sharks which are about 3" long and I would like to feed them live small earthworms. Can somebody tell me where to get them for aquariums, or how to raise these little worms at home. Basically how to get started raising them is what I really want to know. Thanks.

In most areas if you just water a area of ground the earthwarms will come up and then you can take em if you need them smaller cut them up with a knife might need to water the ground tho for quite abit and when it rains theyll come out

YOu can also breed them in your home to have easy access if you want.

Well Basically you keep them in buckets filled with soil and feed them oatmeal. They will thrive and multiply as long as you keep the soil moist.
