I feed my Anoles every other day. I eaither put in the tank in a small bowl 3 Mealworms or 2 Crickets. I have a heat lamp and a UV lamp. Both are on 16 1/2 hours a day. Substrate is reptile bark. I also have a big log hide, a big branch and a plant that has taken over the tank. I think both are males. I woke up this morning and one of my Anoles lookes very skinny and is by it self. I thought it may have not got enough food because the other Anole, but this morning it would let me feed it a mealworm(used to run when I try to feed it with tonges, but this time it let me). This afternoon I tried again and it would not eat. I have owned the Anoles at least 2 years if not more.

If you've kept them for that long, I doubt it's a care issue, but I'm curious how you water them. Anoles generally have a hard time with a water dish. They do much better with tiny droplets from a daily misting or spray from a fountain. In the wild I believe they drink from dew drops in the morning.
Otherwise, perhaps it's a disease or parisite. Or maybe just old age. The only other thing I could think of is that the other one is being more aggressive and hogging the food.

I water the tank once or twice daily. I know regular Anoles will not drink from Water bowl. I was able to feed it a mealworm yesurday and One mealworm must of escaped from the food bowl once because later I saw it eating a mealworm.
Today it still looks weak as in sleeping a lot, but definitely looks "fatter", but still slightly skinnier. The other Anole lookes fine.
