What should be the tempature for poison dart frogs throughout the day?

low 70's. It is ok if it fluctuates during the day because that is a natrual cycle. However, don't let it get too hot or too cold.

Most dart frogs prefer a temperature of between 74 degrees F and 82 degrees F. A temperature drop of a few degrees is beneficial during the night.
80% to 100% humidity is recommended for most dart frogs.

I kept mine at around 80 deg during the day and my normal temp drop at night was down to about 75deg.Too hot,over 85deg is detrimental to most any frog and especially the more delicate species of pdf.The humidty needs to stay above 80% all the time or stress WILL occur.Invest in a quality digital gauge that tells you both temp and humidity ,.
