black moor goldfish emergency

hey my black moor goldfish will float to the bottom and stay there is kinda wiggin me out is this normal and why does my fish do this

What is your tank size, filter setup, tank mates, water parameters?

Sounds like a swim bladder issue, try feeding it shelled, blanched peas for a few days. It isn't normal behavioral. We have 2 black moors as well as 4 other fancy goldfish and have never seen this behavior
