The point is you have a 20 gallon tank. You can not put whales in a 20 gallon. Small tank=Small fish.

Do you still have 3 goldfish in that 10 gallon? You really need to figure out what you will do about that before buying more fish for another tank that is inadequate. This is where thinking about the fish first comes in to play.

yes the gfs are still in the 10g and unless my father says otherwise their staying there. do you have any predatory ideas for a 20g?
