I emptied ALL my tanks out except for my 4 brisle nose plecs.

Everything has gone.

I came back from the LFS with something totally new.

I am saying no more at this stage except there cichlids.

But not what you would expect me to keep.

Pics later once they have all settled in. :ssmile:

Well here are the first pics.

The fish I picked up are all rift lake cichlids.

Mostly Victorian Haps.

This is a male Haplachromis Brownae " Cherry Red "

He is with 2 females.

Thanks Guys.

Here is the next one.

This is a male Gabalema Hap. " orangehunter " There was only a pair left and these guys I have been told are rare in the hobby.

They still have a lot of growing and colouring up to do.

Yes I got a few more. But they will have to wait as they are a little stressed and not coloured up yet. Don't want to upset them with the flash gun going off.:ssmile:

Great looking fish and very good pics. I've never heard of the cherry red (it's gorgeous) or the orangehunter but I'm pretty new to vics. You sure that zeb obliq. is female in the second pic? It looks like it has a little bit of red and yellow showing on it very faint. Can't wait to see the rest.
