The aquarium shop listed their Rasboras as "Rasbora Tetras". Is that correct? I've only ever seen them called Harlequin Rasboras, but never as a Tetra.

Hmm, I dunno. They seem kinda Tetra-ish, don't they?

Rasbora are a whole different species. Perhaps they are just grouped together in the store as far as pricing goes.

Since I'm a beginner I don't really know enough to correct anyone, but I thought it was odd that this was the only place I've seen call them Rasbora Tetras. They weren't grouped in any particular order...they crayon the name and then the price of the fish on the outside of the tank (ie., "Rasbora Tetra - $2.29 ea."), and that's what caught my attention. Maybe they're just stupid at this store!

Could be that tetra's were kept in same tank, as well, but sold out?
