I think I just figured out why one of my Peral Gourami has hit marks one one side of it's body. I saw the other Peral Gourami hitting it today. What does it mean? Do they do that to breed or are they fighting?

Describe what these "hit" marks look like. Gouramis don't really have teeth, so I doubt one could bite the other one enough to cause a mark.
However, I've had severe aggression issues with my dwarf gouramis once, and they all ended up killing each other by stressing each other out. The stress ended up causing fungus and body ulcers that proved to be fatal.
No chance we could get a picture of the fish in question?

Does it look like scales are rubbed off?

Sometimes fish rub on objects in the tank if they have a disease like ick...
Does he look alright? Are your water parameters ok?

I am preaty sure it is not ick. I test Nitrate, Nitrite, PH and Amonia. All were perfect. The Gourami is not rumbing the other gourami. It takes it's nose, face or whatever you call it and shoves it in to the Gouramis side.

Gourami's do this whether it's playing or just being aggressive. Tetra's and others do the same thing. They don't bump hard enough to remove scales but fish can tell when others are ill and sometimes will pick on them more.
