Just now, my tomato clown started to be all jittery. She can't seem to sit still. She's twitching when she moves. I also noticed these small brown spots on the big white stripe. Does this sound familiar to any of you? What could be happening?

Sounds like it could be Marine Velvet.

It is a parasitic disease which symptoms similar to marine Ick. It is caused by the parasite Amyloodinium Ocellateum.

Is the clown scratching it's body against the LR? If it is, it is trying to remove the parasites.

A freshwater dip for a few minutes might help.

Without photos, and using your description, this is my best guess... could be wrong but sounds like Marine Velvet.

Well, the clown has stopped twitching/swimming fast, and the brown spots seemed to have faded away. If it comes back, I'll try to snap a pic.

Have anything in the tank that might have stung it?? Glad to hear things are back to normal though...

No, I don't currently have any invertabrates in my tank.
