Are there any fish that look unusual, can fit in a 10 gallon, and is not aggressive?

The only thing I can think of is a Peter's Elephant nose, but that might be too big for a 10 gallon, tough. I forgot how big they get.

It also depends on your sense of unusual. Maybe a invertebrate, like a bamboo shrimp? They look cool.

Maybe some smaller gobies?

As in smaller gobies do you mean peacock gudgeons? I reasearched bamboo shrimp, awsome little guys! Would they get attacked by the fish?

You could try peacock gudeons. Or some other interesting fish that could fit in a 10 gallon are a dwarf puffer and a scarlet gem badis. Haven't seen those guys for sale anywhere else except here.

Possibly an african spotted leaffish, although they would probably do better in more like a 20g tank, although you could buy a small one about an inch and upgrade as he gets bigger.
