Yellow convict?

no, its not a new hybrid of convicts... unfortunately. My was healthy convict is now yellow! not a little pale yellow but YELLOW with a few black spots. What the heck! I'm used to the fading in and out of there color but not this!! I think its safe to say that something is wrong. Any information here would be great. Thanks guys!

Hmm, could you post a pic of it do you think? It might help (curiosity too! LOL)

Now people will probably ask these: (I'm not going to be much help sorry, have a couple of convicts but no experince with them at all! In fact one of mine I was told was a "sparkling convict" and turns out it's a JD!!)

shadow i have two green sevs that will turn from black to bright yellow all day long it may be stress or just a natural morph

all of my perametres are acceptable. I do have a highish ph, buts it's steady and has been for months. I have another convict and it goes through its regular color changes but never to a different color. I'll try and post a picture tomorrow as it is late and my eyelids feel like concrete.

More than likely it is stress or showing off, but who knows. Put up some pics when you have the time.

well its not that yellow. That fish looks dyed its so colorful! hmmm... anyway picture in a few minutes.

Wow i've kept convicts on and off for years and i've never seen
one go that colour.

Kind of reminds me of Cryptoheros sp. 'honduran red point', but not fully.
