What's the stuff on my snail?

One of my mystery snails has stringy pink stuff stuck to its shell and around the body. It's moving around like normal. Looks like it might be fish waste? looks like the snail could use a scrubbing. The other one in the tank is clean.

No idea what that could be, but just get a toothbrush and give it a scrub:) One that hasn't been used preferably..
