Hey all,
For some reason I got logged off today (I'm supposed to be logged on as soon as I enter the site), and I had a problem when I tried to get my user name/password info sent to my email. I requested the info and typed in my proper email, but I never received the mail (I made several attempts). I finally went through a zillion passwords and was able to log on. However, in an attempt to let the technical advisor know about this, I went to "Contact Us" at the bottom of the forum page. This link takes you nowhere, and it instructs you to go back to the forum.
Anyone know where I can send in my gripe?

heh. "Oops! A piranha ate your page...." That's kind of funny.
I would just send a PM to William (that's his username, as well).
**oh, and if there's more than one "william" it's the one that has a bazillion posts. :)

You have probably confused the cookies on your computer by putting in several passwords. What I always do on these sites is after I log in, under file in the top left corner, I click on sent and then shortcut to desktop.
This way I have the icon on my desktop and I never have any logging in to do. Just click on the icon and you're in.

That's a great suggestion Hobbs! I never knew about that until now... Now I can get to my daily reading MUCH faster and not have to worry about bookmarking and stuff! Thanks!

I have all my forums set up this way as well as photobucket and other sites. The only site that doesn't work is my online banking as it has stricter password protection.

Somewhere-somehow someone needs to come up with a better way to organize favorites. It's ridiculous to have 200 favorites and it takes as much searching thru all of them than almost starting over from scratch.
They need to find a way to color them according to catagories so something better. Like fish related stuff all red, plant stuff all green, banking and bill paying in purple, etc.

OK>>>>>>>I just did.
Just added folders to my favorites. Now my folders say Fish, Plants, Bill Pay, etc. What was so hard about that, Hobbs!
