Fishless cycling on marine FO Tank

HI, i just needed someone to confirm that the content below is correct for "fishless cycling" a FO Marine setup

Daily routine:

1. test ammonia and nitrite. If they both read 0 (unless process is just started), the cycle is complete

2. Add 3-5 drops of "clear ammonia" per 10 gallons to tank after testing parameters



Is this correct? also, should i do water changes? If so, how often and with what % of water?

Kai, it would be extremely helpful if you would start a single thread, describe the plan you have for your setup, and then get advice on possible changes and also on procedures for getting it setup.
