Cycling question

Does anyone know how to do fishless cycling for an FO setup? I did it about 6 months ago on a FW 10gallon for my science project,so i have the stuff.
Also, what are some other easy methods for cycling an FO setup?

FO only SW tank can be fishless cycled the same way as a FW fishless cycle.

so do the same thing like...

put 3-5 drops of "clear ammonia" per 10 gallons daily

test ammonia and nitrite daily before putting in drops

blah blah blah...

the ammonia and nitrite equal 0 when cycling is finished
