Not bad, I just had the lobster lovers deal at Red Lobster. Maine and rock lobster tails, linguini with shrimp and lobster, fries, ceasar salad and cheesy biscuits.

Personally, I didn't think the grilled Maine lobster was all that good. The rock lobster was better, the linguini was great, but nothing beats a properly grilled filet mignon IMO.

The red lobster we have around here is so terrible, I wouldn't go there. In fact I don't go to restaurants much, I prefer to cook for myself and find it's cheaper and I always get exactly what I want. I've always loved cooking so I have a lot of fun making the dish too.

Wow you made seafood look almost tempting for me, looks great! I agree with you I just cant hardly stomach all but a handful of resturants these days. Honestly I eat at 2 regularly and both are small and privately owned. Im developing a taste for cooking myself nice to see that others out there love to do it as well :)

Thanks for the kind comments :) I almost posted a pic of my dinner tonight, twice baked potatoes, baked and breaded sole, greek style couscous, and the obligatory veggie stir fry. but although it was great, it didnt present so well. Next time i cook something good lookin ill be sure to post it :) I'm thinking tomorrow night is lobster bisque, bacon wrapped filet mignon, and clams casino! and maybe some asparagus with a hollandaise sauce.

Yep, I do, but I won't go higher up than 4 stories unless they can be cleaned from the inside, used to do that for a local hotel. I've done a little bit of everything :)
