View Full Version : Hydrogen Peroxide...not so good for shrimp

Treated the BBA in my shrimp tank... lost about 90%-95% of the shrimp.

I guess it's solely and stupidly my fault because instead of spot treating i just poured some in...

didn't remember what the ratio i was supposed to use so i just guessed.:14:
I guess i thought it wasn't supposed to be that toxic but maybe that's only when spot treating small amounts.

Bad timing too as it happened so closely to me over fertilizing my 110g and killing 50% of the shrimp in that tank...

Well i hope the ones left can recover.
