Hello everyone.

I have another teaser for anyone that is interested..

It could be very easy, I just don't know what it is.

Could you please help me identify this crab. Yes it is alive !

I'm assuming that this is the crab? (Sorry I had trouble finding it at first)

If it is I have no idea of what I could be. Some sort of hitchhiker is my guess.

Yeah that's it, the thing you circled. It roams all over the tank, especially at night. I don't konw if you can tell his size from the photo, but he is just a bit bigger then a golf ball.

Can anyone tell me how to post video's in here, and I'll put a short video up so you can get a good view of him :)

I'm with unleased, it looks like a decorator crab. It appears to have a number of polyps and those would be from corals attached to the crab.

I just 'googled' decorator crab, and your absolutely right. These are some amazing and beautiful creatures, if only people would just notice him more !

Thanks to the both of you, now any idea what to feed it? My guess it small peices of mussel or fish fillet fed to him on a skewer might be the go...?

You won't need to target feed t, it will eat left over fish food and other goodies in the substrate or on the LR. If you do not have much stock in the tank, you may want to feed it some extra food like fish or shrimp.
