Looks like an Orange Leleupi.

Hopefully someone else will chime in and confirm or correct me....

Yep that is a tanganyikan cichlid

Lamprologus leleupi

Males reach 4" females just ove 3"

They are a micro preditor and should be fed brine shrimp as part of there diet to keep there colouring bright.

They are extremely agressive towards there own kind so no more than a single pair in a tank.

The will eat any fish up to the size of a male guppy.

I just googled that name and I'm pretty certain you're correct. Did you already know that or how did you find out? It said they're mildly aggressive, but he seems to get along very well with all the others! Id like about five more of those suckers!

Thanks for the answer dear!

Mith I have so many fish books for ID here I could open a library.:hmm3grin2orange: If you kept him on his own he would be fine. If you want more it is not advisable if your sure you have a male get him a female but they are agressive to there own kind.:ssmile:

I have one...he holds his own in a tank with larger cichlids. I've been debating getting more, but I'm concerned about co-aggression.

A[Only Registered Users Can See Links.] dangit!!! I really wanted more, but not bad enough to put them in danger from each other. Its just that it seemed so doscile with the other fish!

Oh well, I think I have over 40 fish now....maybe I should stop lol. (I know my wallet would appreciate it) LOL
