hi on the top of the water surface there is like little bubbles and a gray film what is it and will it go ? :?

Could be algae and could be a sign of bad water quality (or a combination thereof). If it is algae it is recommended that you remove the algae. It also recommended that you do a water change and feed a little less for a while.
