Hello All,
I am located in Cincinnati, Ohio. I have a 55 gallon tank with a magnum 350 and dual bio wheel. Currently I have 2 very large plecos ( each around 14 inches long). The tank is not very exciting right now, but I was hoping to add a new fish, maybe a gar or something.
My 2 concerns are that the tank is too small and that you are not supposed to mix plecos and gars. My plecos, however no longer clean the tank as they should, so I was thinking they would be of no threat to a gar.
Anyones thoughts are appreciated. . . .!
In the near future I plan on upgrading to a larger tank.
