unknown on my LR

was looking at my curing LR and noticed something popping out of a tiny hole then it opens up sort of like a fan then goes back into hole anyone have any idea what it would be. i know a pic would be great but my camera wont take a pic of something that small

Feather Duster. Normal hitchhiker on live rock. Not a bad thing to have at all. Great filter feeders, helps keep the particulate matter down in the tank.

Sounds like a tube worm of some sort, probably a feather duster type. Good to have in the tank!
